Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted and must be received 1 days (24hours) prior to scheduled service or full cleaning fees (100% Cancellation costs) will be applied. This includes instances where we cannot access your home or an employee feels their personal safety is at risk due to an aggressive pet or actions by any individuals on the premise. Cancellation costs equal the amount of service rendered, upto a maximum of $250.
For clients & co-host client on net terms, invoicing is due on the 15th of each month subsequent to the co-host term. For example, May 1-31 would be invoice on June 15. co-Host clients will be invoiced at 20% of total monthly revenue, averaged over 3 months. For example, March grosses 10K, April grosses 5K and May grosses 12K, period for invoice is May 1-31. The invoice is issued and payable on June 15 for an amount of $1800 (10k+5k+12k/3=$9000*20%=$1800). Cancellation will be prorated on the days left in the billing cycle and said invoice will be issued and is due and payable upon receipt.
Since the nature of the billing, cancellations for co-hosting must be at least 7 days prior in writing to [email protected], unless other mitigating circumstances, such as breach of contract, arise, then in this case, termination and cancellation is immediate. Billing to the cancellation date will be prorated, and the invoice will be amended to reflect same. Maximum cancellation fees is 100% of the total proforma period revenue, although special situations are accepted for refund applications on a case-by-case basis.
